AVP Business Development (Denver/ Las Vegas/ Phoenix)
SUMMARY
The AVP, Business Development is responsible for leading strategic growth initiatives across KGPCo’s Broadband portfolio, with a focus on Active Electronics solutions. This role drives revenue growth, develops key customer relationships, and positions KGPCo as a preferred partner across Tier 2 and Tier 3 service providers. The position partners cross-functionally to align technical solutions with customer needs, delivering measurable business outcomes and long-term value.

Pay Range in the United States: $130,000 - $150,000/year based upon geography, skills, and experience. May also be eligible for performance incentive opportunity based on company and individual goals and performance.
